Invico Diversified Income Fund Announces Additional Distribution
5/2/2022

After a strong quarter, Invico Capital Corporation is pleased to announce an additional distribution for Invico Diversified Income Fund ("IDIF") unitholders of record as at March 31, 2022. This one-time, non-recurring additional distribution will be paid on May 6, 2022, and reflects the current elevated performance generated by IDIF in Q1 2022.

"The Fund is performing very well, and we are pleased to share this increase in value with our investors," said Jason Brooks, President of Invico and Portfolio Manager of IDIF. "We have continued to experience robust energy fundamentals for both oil and gas in North America, which has largely impacted the approximate 1/3 of IDIF's current allocation to 'real assets' in the energy sector. This has contributed positively to the Fund's overall performance and has provided IDIF investors with an ongoing hedge against current inflationary pressures."

In aggregate, an additional $1.6 million in distributions for the first quarter will be paid to unitholders. Consistent with the mandate of the Fund, the Manager will continue to provide additional distributions based on energy revenues being maintained at or near current levels.
