10/30/2023

Invico Capital Corporation is proud to share that our Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager, Allison Taylor, has been named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women and a 2023 Top 100 Award winner by the Women’s Executive Network (WXN).

This marks the second time Allison has been recognized as a Top 100 Award winner after being first selected as a recipient in the BMO Entrepreneurs category in 2021. Allison was again chosen in the same category, which stands to recognize female founders who own and operate businesses and who bring their bold enthusiasm to the table. Allison co-founded Invico in 2005 alongside Jason Brooks and has served as a trailblazer in the wealth management industry by helping grow the firm’s managed capital to over $2.6 billion and employing a diverse workforce that is majority female.

“To be honoured as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women for the second time in the Entrepreneurs category by WXN is a profound recognition of the strides made over the past few years,” said Allison. “As a female CEO and leader of a leading wealth management firm, I’m deeply committed to breaking barriers and carving new paths for women in business. This award reaffirms the importance of diversity and leadership in our industry, and I’m determined to inspire the next generation of female leaders. Thank you, WXN, for this incredible honour, and congratulations to all my fellow award recipients.”

The Top 100 Awards span the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors and are presented to women in 13 categories, with winners selected by WXN’s Diversity Council of Canada. WXN is a member-based organization and North America’s only organization that meaningfully propels and celebrates the achievement of women at all levels, in all sectors, and of all ages. The company delivers this advancement through training, events, mentoring, networking, and award and recognition programs for members and partners.
