Invico Capital Corporation is pleased to declare a one-time, non-recurring additional distribution for Invico Diversified Income Fund (“IDIF” or “the Fund”) unitholders of record as at September 30, 2023, to be paid on Monday, November 6, 2023.
This announcement marks the second additional distribution announced by IDIF this year and is representative of the Fund’s strong performance in the third quarter, led in part by a combination of robust cash flow and strengthening commodity pricing.
“With the strong performance of IDIF’s loan portfolio and strengthening energy fundamentals for oil and gas, the Fund has continued to generate cash flow above our base distribution targets,” said Allison Taylor, CEO at Invico and Portfolio Manager of IDIF. “We are pleased to reward our unitholders with another additional distribution and again return the realized gains from the third quarter back to our investors.”
This announcement represents an additional aggregate amount of $1.8 million in distributions for IDIF unitholders in the third quarter. Investors have now received a total aggregate of over $12.3 million in distributions above the target rate since Q1 2022, with the issuance of six additional distributions over the past seven quarters.
